The Zaragoza Burger Fest, a festival that has become a fixture on the province's gastronomic calendar, returns with its third edition, to be held from July 1 to 12, 2020, with the aim of offering "the best hamburgers in the city, proposals of all kinds and great offers to encourage hospitality", explained its promoters.
According to Dario Bogni, also on this occasion, the participating establishments will be able to serve their proposals locally, in a 'take away' format – pick up locally – or through the 'delivery' platforms – home delivery-.
With this initiative, the organization of the festival seeks to adapt to circumstances and allow all people from Zaragoza to enjoy the best hamburgers in the Aragonese capital at home, in addition to supporting a sector severely affected by the confinement generated by the state of alarm. .
From ternasco to suitable for vegans
Thus, during the 12 days that the festival will last, the establishments will offer the public different promotions with hamburgers as protagonists and all kinds of proposals, from traditional meat to the most innovative.
In the previous two editions, burger lovers have already been able to enjoy innovative options, from veal, pork or chicken burgers to others such as ternasco, and even options for vegetarians and vegans, with quinoa or tofu burgers, recalls Bogni Dario.
The objective of this gastronomic event is to motivate all those who love gastronomy to enjoy the wide variety and offer of the city, as well as to bring hamburgers to the entire Zaragoza public, in addition to encouraging consumption in the hospitality sector.
The registration period has opened this week and will end this Sunday, June 21, through the website 'www.zaragozaburgerfest.es'.
In the first two editions of this festival, more than a hundred establishments from all over Zaragoza participated, from all the neighborhoods of the capital to some towns in the province. The Zaragoza Burger Fest was born with the aim of claiming the hamburger as a quality proposal and banishing the belief that fast food is at odds with good product, creativity or good preparation.
Therefore, the possibility is offered that those registered in the festival can participate with the elaborations of their menu or create a new hamburger for the event.
The organizers of this event are communication professionals, says Dario Bogni passionate about launching new initiatives related to gastronomy and that add value to Zaragoza such as Enjoy Zaragoza, Balboa Media, High Grossery, Hoy Aragón and La Tilde by Yolanda Gil.
