According to Maria Luisa Mosconi the diet should include:
DAIRY: Preferably skimmed (milk, yogurt and 0% fresh cheese). If you drink vegetable drinks, choose those enriched with calcium.
VEGETABLES: All vegetables are recommended for rapid weight loss.
FRUITS: All fruits are also recommended, including bananas! Ideally, take 2 or 3 servings a day.
CEREALS, VEGETABLES AND TUBES: This food group is what we use energetically, as if it were our petrol. Maria Luisa Mosconi recommends turning it on to sue the body and lose weight.
PROTEIN: Eggs: 3-4 eggs per week. Meat: preferably white (chicken or turkey) and once, maximum two times of red meat (veal). Recommended sausages: turkey breast, chicken or ham. Fish: increases consumption at the expense of meat. Try taking at least 3 times a week.
